Shipping & Returns

Order Process for Customized Order:

We will send you design image to confirm within 24hours during weekdays, after confirmation, we will process and ship the order within the product’s processing time.
If you do not confirm the design over 72hours, we will process the product as the design image directly and arrange shipping to you.

Order Process for Non-customized Order:

We will process and ship the order within the product’s processing time, and if there is any latest changes about the order, we will contact you at the first time.

Processing time

Shipping Period (International)

Regular shipping time is 10-25 business days.

Express shipping time is 3-8 business days.
Sometime will take a little longer for customs inspection.

Shipping Information (Local)

For any orders from Taiwan, HongKong or China, we will choose SF or EMS express to post directly from our Warehourse in Southen China to avoid any delay, you will receive within 2-4 working days.

Upgrade Express Shipping

If you request a special delivery time, leave message to us when place order, so that we will reserved list for you to pay the extra upgrade express shipping fee. But if you do not reply or pay the extra shipping fee within 72hours, we will consider to keep regular shipping as orignal or even cancel your order, please understand.
